I basically had to BEG for him to give me the police report. I was passed around to three different police stations because why the fuck not? They can't decide which substation I should be reporting this to and when I got on third police station, I was met with a loud and dismissive attitude by the investigator. I sent them the report on the same day they asked for it. When I reported this scammer to GCash, they said I should file a police report and send it to them within 72 hours to process the fund reversal because the money is still there. I lost hope for any kind of justice in this country. If they can fuck up this bad in a major scam, I don't even want to know what other bullshit is going on. I no longer feel safe keeping a portion of my investments in this app.
